Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through this website and confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion; in that case, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce Payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout. All prices are displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Shipping
This shop ships within Canada only via Canada Post. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been handed to Canada Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control. Optional tracking is available at checkout. The tracking cost is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
Our full returns and refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. In summary, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Digital products sold through this site are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes in any form. All sales of digital downloads are final.

All illustrations, designs, graphics, written content and other creative work on this website are the exclusive property of Anaïs Gueyte and Little Me in Big Canada. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, modified or used without prior written permission from the owner. This includes, but is not limited to, product designs, sticker illustrations, and any original artwork.
Limitation of Liability
Little Me in Big Canada is a small independent shop, and we take every order seriously. While we are not liable for delays, damage or loss caused by Canada Post, we genuinely care about every order that leaves our hands and will always do our best to make things right. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Consumer Protection Act and PIPEDA. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
