Products
Almost everything is handmade and made at home. Sticker sheets are printed at home and cut with a Cricut machine. Packaging and shipping are also handled from home and I drop off every order at Canada Post myself. For posters that require larger formats or special printing, I occasionally work with local print partners to make sure the quality is right.
Most designs are available on both, but this shop is a great place to start. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about specific products.

Not yet. As a home-based 5-to-9 project I do not produce in large enough quantities for retail just yet, but it is not off the table and hopefully something that will grow in the next few years. If you are interested in carrying my work in your store, I would love to hear from you.

There are no raccoons where I am from, so when I moved to Toronto I completely fell for them. The masked faces, the attitude, the chaos. I loved using them as cheeky and unapologetic characters and they stuck harder than anything else I had ever drawn. And honestly, what can I say, I am a Torontonian now. I live in the raccoon capital of the world.
Shipping
This shop ships within Canada via Canada Post. For international orders (USA, UK, Europe), you can find me on my Etsy store for now.
Orders are processed within 24 hours since most products are ready to go. Delivery within Canada typically takes 4 to 7 business days with Canada Post. Tracking is optional and available at checkout if you want to follow your order along the way.
For international orders, head to my Etsy store where delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Small and lightweight items like stickers and cards are sent in a colourful 4x6 envelope. Mid-size orders travel in a kraft envelope and posters are packed in a sturdy A4 cardboard envelope to arrive flat and safe. I put a lot of thought into finding the right packaging at the most affordable price!
Orders
Cancellations and refunds are possible as long as your order has not been handed to Canada Post yet. Once it is on its way, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you still wish to return your order after shipment, you are welcome to send it back to the return address on the envelope at your own cost. A full refund will be issued once the item is received in its original condition. Damaged products are not eligible for a refund. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or issues with your order.

Absolutely, every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list. Your data will be deleted shortly after.
No, they are completely separate. Placing an order does not sign you up for the newsletter, and unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your shop account or order history.
