Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. Once the 30-day window has passed, we are unable to process a return or refund.
To initiate a return, please reach out by email before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and confirmed to be in its original condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that any optional tracking or shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch, and we will figure it out together. We work with Canada Post for all deliveries. While transit issues are rare, they do happen, and you will never be left without a solution.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available once a file has been purchased and downloaded. Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
